What is this?
A way for Australian childcare services to promote their business - helping them have more children in their centre.
How much does a subscription cost?
Subscriptions are currently $58 (AUD, including GST) for 6 months, per service.
My child care centre isn't listed - can I get a Premium Listing anyway?
No, you need to be listed with us first - request addition here
How can I pay?
Our preferred payment option is credit card via Paypal.
We also accept cheques (although there are obvious delays in sending us a cheque).
We are open to suggestions on other payment options for future development.
What do I get for my money?
  • An improved presence on The Australian Child Care Index. You get preferred placement, placing you at the top of the centre navigation list for centres in your area, with a more interactive layout.
    (An example of the layout is seen in the listing for The Royal Women's Hospital Child Care Centre , a free service which we are supporting with a free premium listing.)
    This should lead to you getting more enquiries for childcare.
  • We remove all 3rd party advertising from the listing for your service.
  • Home page featured listings (on a rotated basis)
  • An improved description - tell people what a great service you run!!
  • Our job board will be available to you at a discounted rate compared to non-members. (The online interface for submitting and paying for jobs will be coming soon).
  • You will soon be able to view statistics for the listing for your centre to see how many people are looking at it.
  • And we're open to suggestions about what we can offer to help you with your business!

What guarantees do you make?
This is the internet - there are no guarantees that anything good will happen (darn it!) but we want you to feel confident that we are going to be doing our best work for you.
We offer a 45 day refund window - if you aren't happy that we are doing our best for you, ask for a refund up to 45 days after payment and we'll be happy to oblige.
If I ask for a refund, how long will it take?
We endeavour to do refunds the same day, and certainly within 3 business days. Occasionally there may be a delay (for instance, if you happen to catch us during our Christmas closure) - if you think the refund might have been eaten by the elves, please do contact us!
